Registered Psychologist & Sexologist
Kate Campbell is a registered psychologist and sexologist at Amara Wellness & Psychology, providing support from our North Perth clinic. Kate and her Wellness Consultant, Wilbur (the greyhound), work with adolescents aged 12+, adults, and couples, offering a safe and supportive space where clients can feel heard, respected, and understood.
Kate takes a client-focused approach to therapy, recognising that every person’s experiences, identity, and goals are unique. She works collaboratively with clients to explore their challenges, build greater self-understanding, and create meaningful change in line with their values.
With a Masters in Sexology, Kate is passionate about supporting clients to navigate sexuality, identity, relationships, and intimacy. She provides an inclusive and affirming space, is kink-friendly and supportive of clients exploring non-monogamy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s in Sexology with Distinction
- EMDR trained (currently working toward accreditation)
- Membership with Australian Association of Psychologists inc (AAPi)
- Membership with Society of Australian Sexologists (SAS)
- Membership with Institute of Sexual Health Psychology Australia (ISHPA)
- Experience supporting adolescents, adults, and couples across a range of mental health, relationship, sexuality, and identity-related concerns

Referrals Accepted
You do not need a referral to see a psychologist. However, should you want to claim Medicare Rebates, a referral will be required from your GP.
